What You'll Do:

As an Order Picker in our -18°C freezer warehouse at Sligro BV, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to our customers. You’ll be part of a dedicated team working in a cold storage environment where precision, safety, and resilience are key.

Your Responsibilities:

• Cold Storage Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a -18°C environment, ensuring frozen products are handled according to quality and safety standards.

• Efficiency in Cold Conditions: Work productively and maintain daily order picking targets while adapting to the cold storage conditions.

• Inventory Management: Help keep the freezer inventory well-organized, clearly labeled, and efficiently stocked for easy access and minimal disruption.

• Quality Control: Double-check order accuracy and inspect frozen goods for correct labeling, packaging integrity, and proper storage condition.

• Health & Safety: Strictly follow freezer safety procedures, including the proper use of protective clothing and equipment, to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order picking, warehousing, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting and carrying moderately heavy loads.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for order tracking.
• English language of B1-B2 level.
