What You'll Do:

As an Agriculture Worker, you will be involved in the cultivation, care, and packaging of tulips in a modern greenhouse environment. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with the planting, watering, and maintenance of tulips and other flowers.

• Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues to supervisors.

• Harvesting tulips at the right stage of growth.

• Sorting, packing, and preparing tulips for shipment according to quality standards.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in the greenhouse and packing area.

• Following safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary – we provide full training!
• Physical stamina to work in a greenhouse environment (standing, bending, lifting).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts or flexible hours as needed.
• Basic understanding of English or Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.
